Paul Welling, who has spent nearly two decades with Discovery Communications, has been tapped to lead content in the U.K. and EMEA for Scripps Networks Interactive.
Based in London, Welling is responsible for all programming and content functions that span linear, digital and VOD/OTT services. He has been tasked with setting the vision and priorities for the program planning, scheduling, acquisitions, commissioning and digital creative teams across the content and brand portfolio, including HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel and Fine Living. Welling reports to Phillip Luff, the managing director for the U.K. and EMEA at Scripps Networks Interactive.
