Discovery & Seven West Team for 7food network

Discovery has partnered with Seven West Media to launch a brand-new home for the Food Network brand and content: 7food network.

Food Network is currently distributed to over 180 million people in more than 160 countries. From December 1, the brand will join forces with Seven to bring Australian audiences 7food network. The channel will feature hit franchises such as Iron Chef, Chopped, Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives and Cake Wars, as well as a slate of culinary programming that Seven is delivering.

In New Zealand, Discovery will rebrand locally owned and operated channel Food TV to Food Network, bringing the brand and content exclusively to SKY NZ audiences for the first time.

Discovery’s VP of lifestyle products for ANZ and Pacific Islands, Amanda Herbert, said, “We are incredibly excited about the opportunity to strengthen and grow the Food Network brand with the talented team at Seven.
