Antenna Pictures, a U.K.-based production studio and division of Blue Ant Media, has expanded its team with the appointments of Oliver Good as head of development and Isabelle Pavitt as head of production.

In his new role, Good will operate out of Antenna’s London office. He will be tasked with developing Antenna’s slate of original content. Good joins Antenna Pictures from NERD TV, where he worked for three years, operating between the company’s offices in California, New York and London. At NERD TV, he developed feature documentaries, factual-entertainment series and more. Good most recently produced NERD’s series Animal Mafia for Fusion.

Pavitt will be responsible for running and coordinating the studio’s shows in production. Pavitt previously served as head of production at Lambent Productions. She managed a range of award-winning programming, including Dead Behind Bars (BBC One), Pet Hoarders (Channel 5) and The Camera That Changed the World (BBC Four). Pavitt was also in charge of distribution, finances and oversaw business and legal affairs.

The appointments follow the news that Antenna Pictures recently greenlit its first original documentary, Just Not My Type (working title), an hour-long program for Channel 4 Education in the U.K.

Jago Lee, the creative director of Antenna Pictures, said, “Oliver is one of the best ideas people around and has an equally strong track record in the U.S. and the U.K., while Isabelle has a rare ability to problem-solve ambitious production plans and deliver on bold new formats. They’re the perfect team to build and deliver the slate of distinctive formats and series we want to be making.”
