VIMN Expands African Footprint

JOHANNESBURG: Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Africa is expanding its offering on DStv across Africa with the launch of Nick Jr. and Nicktoons, alongside extending the reach of BET International.

With the launch of Nick Jr., Nicktoons and BET International on September 30, VIMN Africa now has a total of eight entertainment brands in Africa. Nick Jr. is set to launch on the DStv Premium package in South Africa, offering such programs as Dora the Explorer, Bubble Guppies and Paw Patrol. Nicktoons will be available on DStv Family, Compact, Extra and Premium packages in South Africa. The offerings include The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, T.U.F.F. Puppy, Back to the Barnyard and Fanboy & Chum Chum.

Launching on DStv Family, Compact, Extra and Premium packages in South Africa. BET International features a mix of chat, drama, reality, documentary, comedy, music, movies and more.
