PARIS/LOS ANGELES: beIN has renewed its deal with Prime Entertainment Group for its entertainment channels broadcasting in the Middle East and North Africa.

beIN and Prime are extending their partnership—which began two years ago—with more than 90 hours of content for another two years. The new agreement includes 379 new episodes from Prime’s catalog, including Zoom In, Hollywood News Feed, Ultimate Countdown and Hollywood on Set. The programs began airing this month and are being offered in such languages as English, French, Farsi, Hindu and Arab.

David Freydt, the managing director of Prime Entertainment Group, remarked: “We are truly glad to renew our collaboration with beIN and to reinforce our presence in the Middle East and North Africa. For beIN it was very important to get high production value cinema-related programs. This was part of their strategy in order to give this image of high-quality, high-standard entertainment channels. So it’s an even bigger satisfaction for us that they picked up our shows.”
