LONDON: Twofour is slated to produce eight original Arabic-language titles, including the six-part docu-series The Goodness of Our Land, for Abu Dhabi Media's TV network, which re-launches on December 2.

The Goodness of Our Land spotlights UAE farmers and how they deal with hot and dry weather conditions.

Other upcoming productions from Twofour include The Story of Abu Dhabi, a documentary series; Top Ten: Abu Dhabi, which looks at some of the city's most popular architecture, landscapes, hotels and restaurants; Exceptional Emiratis, a multi-platform commission for broadcast TV, the Internet and mobile devices; and Go Decorate!, a competitive factual entertainment format. There is also Dirhami, which provides viewers with financial advice; Chef Needed, a cooking format; and Zoo Diaries, an observational documentary.

Jonney Steven, the head of MENA at Twofour, said: "We're really excited to be working closely with Abu Dhabi Media on these innovative new formats. Our unique secondment scheme sees Abu Dhabi Media team members working alongside our Twofour teams to produce these programs, so it is a true partnership to produce new quality Arabic language programming from Abu Dhabi's new media hub."
