The Moving Forest & Alone Man Among Globo’s Highlights

SÃO PAULO: Globo’s current movie catalog includes The Moving Forest and Alone Man, two Globo Filmes productions that contain elements of drama, comedy and romance.

Based on Shakespeare’s Macbeth, The Moving Forest is a thriller that follows a couple as they engage in criminal activity in an attempt to achieve prestige. The movie stars Gabriel Braga Nunes (Irrational Heart) as Elias, a successful executive, and Ana Paula Arósio (Terra Nostra) as his wife Clara.

Alone Man centers on Arnaldo, played by Vladimir Brichta (Above Justice), a frustrated man who thinks that cloning himself at an illegal clinic will solve all of his problems in life. The film is written and directed by Cláudia Jouvin, one of the authors of the comedy Last Night.
