Xilam Secures Multi-Title Broadcast Deal in Italy

Xilam has licensed more than 230 half-hours of children’s content to the Italian kids’ TV network De Agostini Editore.

The agreement sees De Agostini Editore acquire the exclusive pay-TV rights for Xilam shows such as Oggy & the Cockroaches, Zig & Sharko and A New Kind of Magic. The deal also covers the latest studio titles Mr Magoo and Moka.

Xilam’s programs are already present across Europe and around the world, with shows airing on Gulli in France, SUPER RTL in Germany, RTBF and VRT in Benelux, and Disney Latin America and Turner Asia Pacific.

Massimo Bruno, the head of TV channels at De Agostini Editore, said, “It’s a pleasure to be partnering with such a talented and professional team.”
