The Deep Season Two Travels Around the Globe

DHX Media has signed a number of new international broadcast agreements for the sophomore season of the CGI-animated series The Deep, which is a collaboration with Technicolor and A Stark Production.

The 13×30-minute second installment is headed to Universal Kids in the U.S., Nickelodeon in Greece, NRK Super in Norway, YLE in Finland, POP in Italy, Biggs in Portugal, RTBF’s OUFtivi in Belgium and MBC3 in the Middle East. It was also snapped up by Minimax in CEE, KidZone TV in the Baltics, Multimania in Russia, Hop! in Israel, SVT in Sweden, TSR in Switzerland, SRC in French Canada and Zap in Angola and Mozambique.

Season two of The Deep will debut on ABC Me in Australia on August 22 and premiered on CBBC in the U.K. last month. It has also been sold to Netflix in the U.S., Germany’s Super RTL and Canada’s Family CHRGD.
