Youth Media Alliance (YMA) has announced the nominees for its Awards of Excellence, with the winners set to be revealed during the virtual gala on May 26, streamed live from Toronto.

John Rooney has been tapped to be the president of the Youth Media Alliance’s (YMA) English-language Awards of Excellence jury.

The 2017 Youth Media Alliance gala, hosted by Studio K's Tony Kim, Janaye Upshaw and Victor Verbitsky, took place yesterday in Toronto, where the winners of this year's Awards of Excellence were unveiled.
