Superprod is rebranding its animation studios, including Vanilla Seed, under the Superprod Studio banner.

Three months after opening its office in Los Angeles, Superprod is starting its first production under the Superprod Studio brand. The studio will be in charge of all 3D animation—from modeling and layout to compositing—for the Netflix original show Go! Go! Cory Carson. The CGI animated series is based on the popular toy line Go! Go! Smart Wheels from VTech Electronics.

Go! Go! Cory Carson is produced by Kuku Studios. Alex Woo, co-founder of Kuku Studios, said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with the folks at Superprod. Having spent most of our careers at Pixar Animation Studios, we have a very high bar when it comes to quality, and the Superprod folks continue to impress us.”

Louise de Staël, VP of U.S. operations at Superprod, said: “Go! Go! Cory Carson is a very exciting project for Superprod Studio and we are thrilled to be chosen by Kuku Studios to produce the animation on this ambitious new series. We established our offices in Los Angeles to enhance the organic growth of our studio and to have the opportunity to work with great talents as Kuku Studios’ team. We are looking forward to developing our activities on high profile animation series and features for North American clients.”
