The short animated series Subway Surfers, based on the hit mobile game of the same name, has become available on SYBO’s YouTube channel.

The 10×4-minute show from SYBO Games sees four teens explore their magical city on skateboards. It was written by Brent Friedman (Star Wars Rebels) and Francesca Marie Smith (Hey Arnold!), and produced by Sander Schwartz (The Batman). A long-form series is in development for delivery late next year.

“It’s so incredibly rewarding and amazing to see Subway Surfers come full circle,” said Bodie Jahn-Mulliner, co-founder of SYBO Games.

“The series echoes what fans have come to expect from these characters and the Subway Surfers universe—an edgy, cool, street-style vibe with the unexpected,” added Sylvester Rishøj, co-founder of SYBO Games.
