Second Season of Degrassi: Next Class for Netflix

LOS GATOS: Degrassi: Next Class has been renewed by Netflix for a sophomore season, which is slated to premiere this summer.

Degrassi: Next Class is the fifth installment of the long-running Degrassi franchise, which follows the lives of students attending a fictional high school in Toronto. The show’s second season is due to debut on Netflix around the globe on Friday, July 22.

Degrassi: Next Class stars Amanda Arcuri, Amir Bageria and Soma Bhatia. The Netflix original series is created by Yan Moore and Linda Schuyler, who serves as an executive producer alongside Stephen Stohn, among others.
