Rainbow’s animated comedy 44 Cats, which was the second most-screened show at MIPJunior, is slated for broadcast around the globe.

44 Cats, about a group of musical felines, will debut on Italy’s Rai YoYo next month. Additional deals have been confirmed with Nickelodeon for worldwide distribution, Discovery Kids in Latin America, Super RTL in Germany, France Télévisions and Carousel in Russia. There is also interest in the show from broadcasters in such territories as Greece, Benelux and the U.K.

Also at MIPJunior, Rainbow presented Dancing Horses, which ranked as the 14th most-screened program at the event. The animated series tells the story of three friends who become magical dance guardians to defeat the King of Silence.
