Powerpuff Girls Franchise to Stream on Hulu

SANTA MONICA: Hulu has picked up the exclusive streaming VOD rights for the entire franchise of Cartoon Network’s animated hit The Powerpuff Girls.

The multi-year deal encompasses the entire portfolio of Powerpuff Girls content, including this year’s reboot and the classic original series. All episodes and titles from the new show will stream exclusively on Hulu early next year. Now available on the service is a collection of Powerpuff Girls specials and fan-favorite episodes from the original series. The special package, titled Best Friends Forever, includes the tenth anniversary special and a holiday special.

The Powerpuff Girls franchise joins a full catalog of exclusive original programming from Cartoon Network that can be accessed on Hulu via an existing output agreement with Turner Broadcasting. Chowder, another Cartoon Network original, will also be added to the streaming service.
