Original Voice Cast Set for Rocko’s Modern Life Special

Nickelodeon’s upcoming hour-long special Rocko’s Modern Life: Static Cling, which is due to debut next year, will feature the original voices from the hit 1990s series.

Rocko’s Modern Life: Static Cling is penned and executive produced by Joe Murray, who created the original show. The voice actors reprising their roles include Carlos Alazraqui as Rocko, Spunky and Leon; Tom Kenny as Heffer Wolfe, Chuck and Really Really Big Man; Mr. Lawrence as Filburt Turtle and Maitre D’; Charlie Adler as Ed Bighead, Bev Bighead, Mr. Dupette, Grandpa Wolfe and Mrs. Fathead; Linda Wallem as Aunt Gretchen and Dr. Hutchinson; Jill Talley as Nosey; and Joe Murray as Ralph.

Rocko’s Modern Life aired on Nickelodeon from 1993 to 1996. The series centers on an Australian wallaby and his two companions. Rocko’s Modern Life: Static Cling sees the characters brought back to Earth after being lost in outer space since 1996. Steve Little and Cosmo Segurson are joining the voice cast as Cowboy and Pillow Salesman, respectively.
