Oosso to Rep FUN Union’s BabyRiki in Korea

FUN Union and Oosso have inked an exclusive distribution and licensing deal for the preschool show BabyRiki in South Korea.

Oosso will distribute the BabyRiki series and will also serve as the property’s master licensee in South Korea. The new company has already secured deals for the first season on Daekyo Kids TV, Daekyo Baby TV, KT, SK Broadband, LG U+, Kakao Kids, iMBC and Junior NAVER.

Christine Brendle, the CEO of FUN Union, remarked: “We are delighted with this agreement with Oosso. We’re very pleased to be working with such high-caliber professionals at Oosso and also continuing a strong development of our business strategy in a key Asian market such as South Korea.”

Jongse Kim, the CEO of Oosso, added: “We believe BabyRiki will be successful in the Korean market. It has all the qualities kids and parents look for, being educational, entertaining and also very visually appealing. It is a great pleasure for us to join forces with the FUN Union team and create a new buzz in the Korean market.”
