New Sesame Street Apparel to Hit Retail in Asia

Sesame Street is getting expanded fashion and lifestyle offerings in Asia this spring with new apparel and accessories featuring such characters as Elmo and Cookie Monster.

Premium casualwear from Lalabobo will include pieces for women and children. B.Duck is also launching clothing for adults and kids. TYAKASHA is releasing apparel and accessories, while :CHOCOOLATE has t-shirts, hoodies and tote bags for tweens, teens and adults.

“We’re able to reach our fans in ever-expanding ways with exciting new Sesame Street content and products fueled by the power of partnerships,” said Ed Wells, the senior VP and head of international media and education at Sesame Workshop. “Collaborating with these top fashion labels allows our brand to continue expanding and growing as we approach our landmark 50th anniversary.”
