New Adventures of Geronimo Stilton Set for Knowledge Network

Canada’s Knowledge Network has acquired from Superights The New Adventures of Geronimo Stilton.

The 26×26-minute series featuring the famous mouse will air as part of Knowledge Kids, the network’s children’s block. Superights and Atlantyca Entertainment share the worldwide distribution rights for The New Adventures of Geronimo Stilton.

The series is a co-production of Superprod and Atlantyca Entertainment, with the participation of Rai Fiction and France Télévisions. The existing three seasons of The New Adventures of Geronimo Stilton have been sold around the world, including to China, the U.S., Russia, India, France, Italy, Germany, the U.K., Spain, Portugal, Benelux and the Nordics.

“Many of our young viewers are fans of the popular books, so we’re delighted to bring The New Adventures of Geronimo Stilton to Knowledge Kids,” said Michele Paris, the senior manager of children’s programming at Knowledge Network.

“Very proud to announce our first deal with Knowledge Network. Geronimo is still one of the most favorite kids’ heroes, who will find an ideal new home on Knowledge Kids’ block,” added Nathalie Pinguet, the deputy general manager of Superights.
