New licensees for Russia include AST Origami with board games and arts and crafts; AST Publishing with magazines; Perfetti with chocolate balls; Tarna Rosman with plush, party goods, arts and crafts and stationery; and Unitoys with card games.

Nelvana and Moose Toys tapped 20too Licensing as an agent for Shopkins in the Middle East, where toys are being distributed by Rochas.
