m4e has appointed Revell as toy licensee for Alpha Group’s action-packed animated preschool property Super Wings.

Products will include construction toys featuring main characters Jett and Donnie. Merchandise will begin rolling out this fall in German-speaking territories as well as the rest of Europe, the U.K., MENA, South Africa, Russia, Israel and Turkey.

Antoine Erligmann, the VP of TV and licensing at Alpha Group, said: “We are delighted to be working with Revell as their products are known for their high play value, creativity and innovation. We are confident that the new Super Wings products will delight fans internationally.”

Andreas Bittlinger, the director of marketing at Revell, noted: “Super Wings is an action-packed preschool series with lovingly designed characters [that are] perfect [for] our Junior Kit product line. We’re excited to translate the main characters into construction toys. Particularly important to us was that our products allow a transformation from aircraft to robot—just like the kids know it from the TV series.”

Gerd Russwurm, the head of licensing for GSA at Studio 100 Media, responsible for m4e’s licensing in GSA, added: “It’s great to bring together two such well-known and good partners. We look forward to working together and hoping that the children will enjoy the products at home.”
