Invention Story Among Mondo TV’s BLE Highlights

Mondo TV is heading to BLE with a slew of properties aimed at young children, tweens, teens and families, with Invention Story and Robot Trains among them.

Invention Story, which tells the tale of a smart and creative fox that makes a new invention in each episode, is co-produced by Mondo TV and Henan York Animation. The companies are promoting licensed products for the brand related to play and learning, and have committed to five seasons of the series, for a total of 520 episodes.

Robot Trains is another highlight for Mondo TV at BLE. The series is produced by Mondo TV and CJ E&M, and Silverlit in Hong Kong is on board as master toy licensee. The toy line will be distributed in Italy by Rocco Giocattoli, and Mondo TV has also finalized a number of multi-territory deals in a range of categories, including publishing, games and puzzles, food, and cake decorations.

Mondo TV is also promoting the animated property YooHoo & Friends, which is based on the plush toy line from Aurora World. Other highlights include Heidi, Bienvenida a Casa, the company’s first live-action show, produced by Mondo TV Iberoamerica and Alianzas Producciones. The show is being presented to European licensees and broadcasters following its success in Latin America, where a licensing program is already underway. Season two, titled Heidi Bienvenida al Show, has begun filming.

The company’s roster also features Sissi the Young Empress, Cuby Zoo and Metalions.
