Disney Channel Taps Paramount Alum for Original Series

Dina Hiller, a former Paramount Television executive, has been appointed VP of original series at Disney Channel.

In her new role, Hiller will work under Adam Bonnett, the executive VP of original programming at Disney Channels Worldwide. She will collaborate with Jonas Agin, the network’s VP of original series, on the development of live-action programming for multiple distribution platforms.

Hiller previously served as VP of comedy development and current programming at Paramount Television. From 2001 to 2011, she worked for Sony Pictures Television, where she held positions in current programming and comedy development. Most recently, she was VP of comedy development. She is also an advisory board member of the ATX Television Festival.
