Kevin Morrison, chief operating officer at The Fred Rogers Company and executive producer on Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, talks to TV Kids’ Kristin Brzoznowski about the show.
The animated series builds on the legacy of the hit PBS show Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Produced by The Fred Rogers Company, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood follows the adventures of a shy, young tiger while exposing preschool-aged viewers to music and a social-emotional curriculum. The show, which was created by Angela Santomero, is currently available in more than 75 territories. It is heading into its 20-episode fourth season on PBS Kids in the U.S. this summer.
