Sonar Entertainment has partnered with Centa IP to oversee the licensing and retail development for the new series Go Away, Unicorn!

Centa IP will oversee the global licensing efforts for Go Away, Unicorn! as it expands worldwide, starting this fall on Disney Channels worldwide and YTV. The animated series is based on the book of the same name by Emily Mullock and tells the story of a young girl and her best friend, who just happens to be an energetic unicorn.

Andrea Gorfolova, the president of kids, family and factual at Sonar Entertainment, said, “Go Away, Unicorn! is a beautiful story with a strong girl character who dares to be different. We are looking to further build on the magical world of Alice and Unicorn to let our young audiences create their own unique experiences. We know there will be many opportunities for licensing, but we have also been determined to find a licensing partner who gets what makes this property so special. We are delighted to have found that partner in Centa IP and we are thrilled to collaborate with them.”

“We are very excited to represent this wonderfully unique and entertaining new property and we know it will resonate with kids around the globe,” added Centa IP’s CEO, Gail Mitchell. “We look forward to developing a comprehensive consumer-products program featuring the unique characters from the show!”
