Boomerang to Roll Out Across Turkey

LONDON/ISTANBUL: Turner is launching Boomerang as its second flagship children’s channel in Turkey on the country’s National Children’s Day.

Boomerang will become the first channel in Turkey’s history to launch on National Children’s Day. Beginning April 23, Boomerang will be available on D-Smart and Tivibu platforms and will broadcast in HD. The channel will air the latest episodes of classic animated series such as The Tom & Jerry Show, Scooby-Doo, Looney Tunes, Inspector Gadget, Mr Bean, Garfield and more
. Boomerang’s arrival in Turkey follows the launch of Cartoon Network in the country.

With the launch in Turkey, Boomerang will be available in 60 countries and 15 languages across the EMEA region. The channel will reach more than 55 million homes throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
