Apple Ties Up with Sesame Workshop for Kids’ Content

Apple has given a multi-series order to Sesame Workshop for a slate of children’s programming, marking the first original kids’ content for Apple.

Under the partnership, Sesame Workshop will produce live-action and animated series, while also developing a puppet show. The Sesame Street TV program is not part of this agreement.

Sesame Workshop is an Emmy-winning nonprofit media and educational organization with 50 years of experience and a presence in more than 160 territories. The company’s mission is to help youngsters everywhere “grow smarter, stronger and kinder.”
