Disney Junior has renewed the animated preschool series Vampirina, featuring the voices of Lauren Graham, James Van Der Beek and Isabella Crovetti, for a sophomore season.

Vampirina follows the adventures of a young vampire nicknamed Vee as she attends a new school in the human world. The show made its simulcast debut late last year on Disney Channel and Disney Junior. It is available in 115 territories and 15 languages.

Vampirina is produced by Brown Bag Films in association with Disney Junior. It is based on Disney Publishing’s book series Vampirina Ballerina.

Joe D’Ambrosia, the senior VP of original programming at Disney Junior, said: “Vampirina‘s relatable experience of a young girl trying to adapt and blend in with her new schoolmates, while also celebrating her own uniqueness, has resonated with our audience of young kids and families. We look forward to sharing more stories about the lovable young Vee, her new friends and her fantastical world of dancing gargoyles, playful ghosts and cuddly werewolves.”
