Amazon Preps Season Four Premiere of Annedroids

SEATTLE:  The fourth season of the Emmy-nominated live-action Amazon original series Annedroids is due to debut on Prime Video in the U.S. and U.K. early next month.

Created by J.J. Johnson (Dino Dan), Annedroids follows the adventures of a young female scientist, her human friends and robot assistants. The STEM-themed show, which stars Addison Holley (Wishenpoof), is produced by Sinking Ship Entertainment (Odd Squad). Its fourth installment is slated to launch on Amazon Prime Video in the U.S. and U.K. on Friday, March 3.

“We’re excited to debut a fourth season of Annedroids and proud of the notoriety and accolades this series has garnered within the television industry,” said Tara Sorensen, the head of kids’ programming at Amazon Studios. “Our customers have embraced its inspiring characters and strong message of innovation and scientific discovery.”

“In Annedroids our characters never fail, they just discover new ways of doing things wrong until they get them right,” added Johnson, who also serves as executive producer. “Expect grander discoveries, surprising character revelations and an explosive conclusion to Pal’s journey in this, our most ambitious season yet.”
