Acamar Films has added to its team in the U.K. to continue the global expansion of the preschool property Bing by appointing Sandra Vauthier-Cellier as chief commercial officer, Eroulla Constantine as head of sales and Ben Taylor as sales coordinator.

All distribution activity for Bing will return in-house to be handled by the newly formed team. The TV rights to Bing will transition back to Acamar from Aardman later this year.

Vauthier-Cellier joins Acamar having previously held key senior positions 20th Century Fox, Studio 100 Group and 4Kids Entertainment. Constantine, meanwhile, will lead all global content sales for Bing when the rights return to Acamar at the end of the year. She spent ten years at DreamWorks Animation. Taylor joins the team following four years at DreamWorks Animation and will work closely with Constantine on all international broadcast sales.

Mikael Shields, the CEO of Acamar Films, said, “We are incredibly proud of the continued success of Bing to date—we want to thank our friends at Aardman who have done an incredible job securing key deals around the globe. Our aim was always to bring Bing back in-house once he had found his feet internationally and I am excited that senior executives of the caliber of Sandra and Eroulla are joining us as we drive forward with the next phase of expansion. We welcome Ben to our thriving and ever-growing team, which works tirelessly on making Bing a success across TV and licensing and merchandising.”
