Armoza Formats’ hit prime-time singing competition The Four is being adapted in Israel by Reshet 13.

The deal marks the 19th country to have licensed the Armoza-created format for local production. The Israeli commission comes a week before the premiere of the second season on FOX in the U.S. The show is also currently airing in Romania and Peru.

Ami Glam, VP of content at Reshet 13, said: “The Four is the most original and fresh music show in the world today and I’m excited to be bringing this Israeli creation to Reshet 13. I strongly believe in this format and know that the Israeli viewers will fall in love with it just as we, at Reshet 13, did here.”

Avi Armoza, CEO of Armoza Formats, added: “After the success of The Four in the U.S. and various countries around the world, we are especially proud to see this prime-time show coming to TV screens in Israel. Reshet 13 provides an amazing home for The Four, and we are thrilled to be working with them to bring this format’s fun, emotional and dramatic experience to Israeli audiences.”
