He worked in the London and L.A. offices, series producing both the U.K. and the multi-Emmy-winning U.S. version of Undercover Boss, in addition to serving as one of the executive producers on The People’s Couch, the U.S. version of Gogglebox. He executive produces Naked Attraction for Channel 4.

Harcourt said: “I’m delighted Mike has agreed to take on extra responsibility and become more involved in the ideas creation and selling side of the business. He is a very talented creative executive who can apply his skills to a wide range of shows.”

Cotton commented: “I can’t wait to get stuck into developing new series as well as continuing to oversee productions. It’s an exciting and busy time at Studio Lambert, and I look forward to helping the company grow further.”
