LONDON: Studio Lambert, which is behind hits such as Undercover Boss, Gogglebox and Tattoo Fixers, has appointed Natalie McArdle as deputy head of development.

McArdle will oversee a portion of the All3Media-owned company’s slate. Prior to joining Studio Lambert, McArdle was a development executive at Sony-backed Electric Ray, a position she took on in August 2014. In that role, she was responsible for the factual elements of the company’s slate. Prior to that, McArdle worked in development at Tiger Aspect, BBC Three and TwentyTwenty.

“Studio Lambert is continuing to grow, and investing in the best development people in the industry is at the heart of this growth,” stated Studio Lambert’s creative director, Tim Harcourt. “I am thrilled that Natalie is adding to the firepower of our development team. She will work closely with myself and head of development Jack Burgess, to whom she will report. She will oversee a portion of the slate and she has an excellent reputation with buyers as a fine creative executive.”
