MUNICH: Red Arrow International has licensed its hit format Married at First Sight into France, where it will launch on M6 next month.

M6’s in-house production company Studio 89 adapted the series for the French market. The show, which watches as couples meet for the first time at the wedding altar after being paired by experts, will debut on November 7 in France.

Henrik Pabst, the managing director of Red Arrow International, said: “We are delighted to see Married at First Sight continue its worldwide rollout by traveling to France. After productions in nearly 25 countries, we hope it proves as successful with French audiences as it has done around the rest of the world.”

Frederic de Vincelles, the managing director of M6 Programmes, said: “We are delighted to be broadcasting such an incredible show, that is both a fascinating scientific and social experiment.”
