Next month in Cannes, Distribution360 (D360) is slated to showcase a variety of formats, including the new upper-preschool show Treasure Champs.

Featuring a combination of live action and animation, Treasure Champs explores such universal values as generosity, empathy and honesty. The series is created and produced by Three Arrows Media for commissioning broadcaster CBeebies. It is available in its finished version and as a format.

Just Like Mom & Dad, which is made by marblemedia, is a prime-time family game show that tests how well parents and their children really know each other through questions and baking.

Another format highlight is Splatalot, which sees contestants compete in a water-filled medieval castle over three rounds. The physical game show is created and produced by marblemedia.

There is also Leave It to the Designer, the format version of the home-renovation hit Leave It to Bryan from Si Entertainment.

Diane Rankin, the senior VP of international at D360, remarked: “Programs with family and the home at the heart offer warmth, positive messaging and good, clean fun. Putting parents and kids together on screen in Just Like Mom & Dad brings families together at home to watch on the sofa. And a series like Treasure Champs emphasizes how we are more the same than we are different, regardless of beliefs or culture; capturing a high concept in an entertaining way for younger kids.”

She added: “We’re thrilled to be representing programs with positive messaging and good, clean fun that can be formatted and reversioned easily for local markets. Programs celebrating values that transcend our differences and ones featuring parents and kids having fun together on screen are universally appealing.”
