DRG Nabs Global Format Rights for In the Dark Reboot

LONDON: DRG has acquired the international format rights for a rebooted version of the comedy game show In the Dark.

The deal was inked with U.S.-based format producer Pop Monkey Productions and U.K. indie FUNdamental Television. The original finished program aired in the U.K. on Channel 5 and has been distributed to over 20 countries worldwide, including Sweden, Germany, Italy and Norway. On the show, contestants must perform everyday challenges in complete darkness.
