Cineflix Media and Duncan Gray have entered into a joint-venture partnership for the production company Twenty Six 03 Entertainment.

Co-owned by Cineflix and Gray’s existing company Twenty Six 03 Content, the JV will aim to create high-value returnable formats and series for the international market. Alongside its successful music and comedy format Bring the Noise, currently in production for a second season in Italy, the joint venture has multiple projects set up with U.K. broadcasters and is developing shows for U.S. networks.

Gray has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, including senior creative exec roles at ABC, ITV and Sky. He is responsible for developing and greenlighting hit formats such as The Big Breakfast (Channel 4), Survivor (CBS), Britain’s Got Talent (ITV), Saturday Night Takeaway (ITV), Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (ABC), Got To Dance (Sky) and A League of Their Own (Sky).

Glen Salzman, co-founder and co-CEO of Cineflix Media, said: “We’re thrilled to be in business with Duncan. Cineflix provides financing, commercial support, as well as Cineflix Rights’ distribution expertise so independent producers can have the creative freedom to focus on making great programs and growing their business. We will continue to build on this model with further joint ventures, first looks, housekeeping, and overall deals as we diversify and grow our group of content companies.”

Gray, founder of Twenty Six 03 Content, said: “Creating this joint venture is an exciting new chapter for Twenty Six 03. Cineflix is providing us with the right business backing to keep pursuing the projects we believe in with the flexibility and independence to strike the best deals for each project to ensure their success.”
