The long-running entertainment format The Legacy, from the Banijay Rights catalog, is being adapted for the first time in Belgium, where Zodiak Belgium is producing for RTBF.

The Legacy sees contestants compete in a variety of games for the chance to win a cash prize. The show, locally titled Les Associés, will begin airing on September 24 in Belgium, where it will be stripped daily in access prime on RTBF’s French-speaking free-to-air channel La Une. The format has local versions in more than eight territories around the globe.

Andrew Sime, the VP of formats at Banijay Rights, remarked: “The Legacy is an entertainment game show that delivers audiences year in, year out. It’s great it will soon make its debut in Belgium, and we are currently talking to a number of other international broadcasters that have noted its dominating presence in daily schedules.”
