Portugal and Sweden have become the latest territories set to air local adaptations of Armoza Formats’ prime-time singing competition The Final Four.

Shine Iberia in Portugal and Mastiff Sweden, a Banijay company, acquired local rights for the format. With the Swedish deal, the format has now been picked up in all Nordic territories. The Final Four is currently airing in Russia on CTC. The U.S. adaptation, titled The Four, will debut on FOX on January 4, 2018.

Avi Armoza, the CEO of Armoza Formats, said, “The Final Four continues to demonstrate the strength of its concept by the continued rise in the number of territories that it is taken in. We are excited to work with Shine Iberia and Mastiff Sweden to bring this game-changing singing competition to Portugal and Sweden.”
