TEL AVIV/KIEV: Armoza Formats has entered into a new co-development deal with FILM.UA Group for virtual- and augmented-reality projects.

Under the agreement, the two companies will co-develop content with VR and AR capabilities. Armoza will distribute all products of the deal, while FILM.UA will produce for Russia and Ukraine. This comes on the heels of Armoza’s recent co-development pacts with Canada’s QMI Content and China’s Sohu.

“We are proud to announce our development and distribution deal with Armoza Formats,” said Kateryna Vyshnevska, the head of development and co-productions at FILM.UA Group. “Armoza Formats has built a strong reputation as one of the top independent creators and developers of groundbreaking entertainment formats and for spearheading the use of new technologies to create compelling content.”

Avi Armoza, the CEO of Armoza Formats, added: “We are thrilled to be starting this new partnership with FILM.UA Group and to be working with them to develop the next generation of content for viewers internationally. We pride ourselves on bringing fresh, innovative and creative shows to the market, and strongly believe that joining forces with FILM.UA Group will bring together our complementary expertise and enable us to take this one step further.
