Twofour Group has strengthened its development team with a number of promotions and new hires, including Jonny Coller being elevated to director of development and joining the group’s management board.

Coller was first hired by Twofour in 2011 and eventually became head of development in 2014. In that role, he has overseen the company’s entire development slate. His new post is effective immediately.

Edward Phillips was named head of factual and fact-ent development, also effective immediately. He has been working as part of Twofour’s development team for the past eight years.

Luke Dolan joins as a development executive from Whizz Kid, while Anna Abenson is being appointed senior development producer. These two execs will take up their positions this month.

Meanwhile, Ana De Moraes, Twofour’s head of new formats, is leaving the company and will not be directly replaced.

Andrew Mackenzie, the chief creative officer at Twofour Group, said: “Under Jonny, Twofour’s development team has become one of the most prolific and respected in the industry. Both his and Ed’s promotions are well-deserved and their new appointments add strength to a thriving creative team.”
