AwesomenessTV has signed two separate deals, with 2btube in Spain and Nordisk Film in the Nordics, to further its reach in new markets.

The Spanish-language digital talent agency 2btube has partnered with AwesomenessTV to produce and manage its Spanish YouTube channel. 2btube will also exclusively represent AwesomenessTV in Spain for advertising and sponsorship agreements.

“We have several clients who trust us to manage every aspect of their digital presence: content production, talent sourcing, audience growth and editorial strategy,” said Bastian Manintveld, executive chairman of 2btube. “We are very proud that AwesomenessTV has chosen us to be their partner to lead this new phase of their development in Spain. It is a great opportunity to show our expertise in creating original content that successfully connects with a young demographic.”

“As AwesomenessTV continues to grow, 2btube is the ideal partner to help expand our brand in Spain,” commented Mark Joseph, the managing director of Awesomeness. “We are looking forward to working closely with them to produce new content and introduce new talent to the Spanish Gen Z audience.”

A separate pact was signed with Nordisk Film, which will exclusively manage local distribution for all of AwesomenessTV’s original existing series and upcoming new releases across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The deal includes AwesomenessTV programming such as Freakish, Guidance and You’ve Been t@gged.

“Nordisk Film is the perfect partner to continue to bring our premium series to the global Gen Z audience,” said Rebecca Glashow, the head of worldwide distribution at Awesomeness. “We are thrilled to be in business with them, as they understand this market and recognize the need for teen- and young-adult-focused programming in these regions.”

“Adding Awesomeness to our distribution portfolio is an exciting opportunity, and we look forward to developing this partnership, giving us direct access to millions of young media users,” added Kenneth Wiberg, the senior VP of Nordisk Film. “Awesomeness produces premium content that attracts huge interest across media such as streaming services, telcos and broadcasters, and we see great potential in the Nordic countries.”
