He arrives from Scripps Networks Interactive, where he was senior VP of the channels group for the U.K. and EMEA. Prior to Scripps, Dickie served at Discovery Networks in a variety of posts for more than 15 years.

Mike Moriarty, the president of AMC Networks International CE and U.K., to whom Dickie will report, said: “We are very excited to have someone of Kevin’s caliber bring his dynamic skill set and exceptional strategic vision to AMCNI, that will undoubtedly help build on our company’s successes, and take each of our businesses to the next level across the U.K., MEA and Poland.”

Additionally, Levente Málnay will expand his current responsibilities overseeing the company’s Central Europe portfolio to include management of the company’s channel portfolio in Northern Europe. Málnay has been with the company since 2009.

Tanya Gugenheim, formerly chief business development and new media officer, takes up a new post as senior VP for M&A and business development. Gugenheim will be responsible for all activities related to the implementation of group corporate strategy, including the formation and management of strategic alliances with a focus on the maximization of long-term value. Gugenheim has been with the company since 1999.

Málnay and Gugenheim will continue to report to Moriarty.

“Levente and Tanya have been instrumental in the growth of our CE and U.K. regions, and I very much look forward to continuing to work with them in their new, expanded roles,” said Moriarty.
