Jersey Shore Set for French Rollout

CANNES/LONDON/NEW YORK: TF1 has nabbed the rights to Jersey Shore for its NT1 DTT channel, while also optioning the format from Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN).

In addition, VIMN has closed deals for the Jersey Shore finished series with Musique Plus (Canada), Telenica (Nicaragua) and TV5 (Finland). Jersey Shore: From the First Pump and Jersey Shore season four have been acquired by French language specialty channel Musique Plus, while TV5 began airing Jersey Shore seasons one and two from December 2011. Terrestrial channel Telenica recently picked up seasons one and two along with specials Before the Shore and Afterhours.
