Poland’s Platform ‘n’ Launches OTT Service

WARSAW: The Polish DTH service Platform ‘n’ has unveiled a new OTT service, nVOD NET, which delivers offerings from HBO On Demand and the TVN Player.

nVOD NET transforms the Platform ‘n’ satellite receiver into a multimedia home-entertainment terminal. The service delivers a broad selection of films, documentaries, TV series and other programming, including exclusive VOD collections for TVN and HBO. nVOD NET launches initially with HBO On Demand content and programming from the TVN Player, a catch-up service with the best of TVN’s shows and local productions.

The service is initially available free of change, and after February 29, 2012 customers can choose from a variety of free and paid collections.
