UKTV’s Alibi Scores Crime Drama Rosewood

LONDON: UKTV and 20th Century Fox Television have signed a deal for the new medical crime drama Rosewood, to air on the Alibi channel in the U.K.

The 22-episode series stars Morris Chestnut (Nurse Jackie) as Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr. He partners up with the no-nonsense detective Annalise Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz, The After) to crack Miami’s most challenging cases. Rosewood premieres in the U.K. on July 26, exclusive to Alibi.

UKTV’s director of acquisitions, Catherine Mackin, commented, “We are thrilled to be extending our relationship with 20th Century Fox Television and Rosewood is one of their most highly-rated series this season. We are delighted that UKTV is bringing this fantastic series to the U.K.”
