The X-Files to Return to Channel 5

The new ten-episode installment of The X-Files will air on Channel 5 in the U.K. in 2018, following a deal with Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution.

The first installment of the rebooted series in 2016 was the most popular drama to ever air on the British network, delivering 10.1 million viewers over its six-week run, with 1.1 million viewing on the My5 on-demand platform.
