Video Interview with The Last Emperor’s Özlem Conker & Bülent Inal

TV Drama met with Özlem Conker and Bülent Inal, the stars of the lavish period drama The Last Emperor, to discuss the research that went into preparing for their roles, the global interest in Turkish drama, and why this series, in particular, will strike a chord with viewers around the world.

The story in The Last Emperor sheds light on the last 14-year reign of one of the strongest Ottoman emperors in the 19th century, Abdulhamid Han. Bülent Inal stars in the TRT drama, which is distributed by MISTCO, as the legendary sultan. Özlem Conker co-stars as Lady Bidar.
