The managing director of UFA Fiction talks about Deutschland 86.

Michael Haneke, best known for films such as Funny Games, Caché, The White Ribbon and Amour, is working with FremantleMedia’s UFA Fiction to create his first-ever TV series.

FremantleMedia has inked a deal with the best-selling author Robert Harris to produce the TV adaptation of his latest novel, Munich.

LONDON: UFA Fiction has landed the rights to make a biopic about renowned magicians Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Uwe Horn that will be distributed by FremantleMedia International.
