TORONTO: Bravo in Canada is making the slavery-era drama Underground available with a digital sneak peek on March 30, ahead of its official April 6 premiere.

The 10×1-hour series, from creators and executive producers Misha Green (Sons of Anarchy) and Joe Pokaski (Daredevil), will make its exclusive Canadian premiere on Bravo on April 6 at 10 p.m. Leading up to its linear debut, the first episode of Underground will be made available for viewers to sample on Bravo.ca one week earlier, starting March 30.

Underground is set in 1857 and tells the story of a courageous man named Noah (played by Aldis Hodge, Straight Outta Compton) who organizes a small team of fellow slaves on the Macon plantation and puts together a plan to escape and head 600 dangerous miles North on the Underground Railroad, the network of secret routes that helped thousands of enslaved people to escape to free states and Canada.
